Drug-Drug Interaction: Befer Syrup may interact with antacids, antibiotics (doxycycline, ciprofloxacin, chloramphenicol, trimethoprim), antimalarial drug (pyrimethamine), chemotherapy agent and immunosuppressant (methotrexate), drug used to treat Wilson's disease (penicillamine), fits medicine (phenytoin), and medicine used to decrease stomach acid (cimetidine).

Drug-Food Interaction: Befer Syrup should not be taken along with alcohol, dairy products, and eggs as it might affect iron absorption.

Drug-Disease Interaction: Befer Syrup should be used with caution in heart, liver or kidney diseases,iron overload disorders like haemochromatosis, haemosiderosis, and intestinal problems (ulcer, colitis).
