संक्रमण से प्रभावित साफ, सूखी, बिना टूटी त्वचा पर बिफोना क्रीम 20 ग्राम लगाएं। इसे दिन में एक या दो बार या अपने डॉक्टर के सुझाव के अनुसार लगाएं। चेहरे पर बिफोना क्रीम 20 ग्राम का इस्तेमाल न करें और आंखों, मुंह और नाक के संपर्क से बचें। डॉक्टर की सलाह के बिना बिफोना क्रीम 20 ग्राम का इस्तेमाल करते समय प्रभावित क्षेत्र पर पट्टी या ड्रेसिंग न लगाएं।

  • Doing gentle exercises can help cope with pain by stretching muscles.
  • Get enough sleep. It helps enhance mood and lower pain sensitivity.
  • Avoid alcohol, smoking and tobacco as they can increase pain.
  • Follow a well-balanced meal.
  • Meditation and massages may also help with pain.
  • Skin rash caused by allergies is due to irritants or allergens. Therefore, avoid contact with such irritants.
  • Consult your doctor for proper medication and apply an anti-itch medication. Follow the schedule and use the medication whenever needed.
  • Protect your skin from extreme heat and try to apply wet compresses.
  • Soak in the cool bath, which gives a soothing impact to the affected area.
Here are the few steps for dealing with itching caused by drug use:
  • Report the itching to your doctor immediately; they may need to change your medication or dosage.
  • Use a cool, damp cloth on the itchy area to help soothe and calm the skin, reducing itching and inflammation.
