Before two days, I had dengue. I haven't had a fever in the past two days. but experiencing dry mouth. I'm now only taking the tab capirill and upcount pouch. even when I'm consuming a lot of water. What ought I to do? Please help me, since I am also experiencing some constipation.

After Dengue, dryness of mouth and mild constipation are common during recovery due to dehydration and weakness. Continue good hydration with water, coconut water, and oral fluids, and keep taking Upcount pouch as advised; add fiber-rich foods (fruits, vegetables) to help bowel movement. For constipation, you may use a gentle option like Isabgol at night. If dryness is severe, urine output is low, or you feel weak or dizzy, consult a doctor for evaluation.
I want to know the treatment for chikungunya. What should I do to recover faster?
Vikas Singh

Chikungunya is a viral infection that causes fever, joint pain, and weakness, and recovery can take time due to joint inflammation. Take proper rest, drink plenty of fluids, eat light, nutritious food, and do gentle movement to keep joints flexible without overstraining. Use a warm compress for joint pain and maintain a simple routine to support recovery. If pain is severe or lasts for a long time, consult a doctor for proper management and relief.
