Co-administration of Calcium carbonate, Calcitriol and Zinc with Calcifediol may lead to toxic effects related to increased calcium levels in the blood and urine such as irregular heart rhythm, seizures(fits), kidney stones, and eventual calcification(calcium deposition abnormally in soft tissue, causing it to harden) of blood vessels, cornea, and soft tissues of the body.
