1. Pump or squeeze a generous amount of the lotion into your palms.
2. Distribute the lotion evenly across your arms, legs, neck, and other exposed areas of the body.
3. Gently massage into the skin using circular motions until fully absorbed.
4. Apply at least 15–20 minutes before stepping out into the sun to allow the UV filters to activate.
5. For continuous UVA/UVB defence, reapply every 2 to 3 hours, especially after heavy sweating or towel drying.
