Medicinal Benefits:
Dic-T Tablet contains Diclofenac, Paracetamol and Tizanidine. Diclofenac and Paracetamol inhibit the production of prostaglandins (PGs), which induce pain and swelling. Tizanidine modulates the spinal cord and brain centres. This aids in the relief of muscle stiffness and the improvement of muscle movements. As a result, Dic-T Tablet aids in relieving muscle stiffness, spasms, and pain. Besides this, paracetamol reduces elevated temperature by altering the chemical messengers in the brain area that regulates body temperature.

Diarrhoea might be a side-effect of Dic-T Tablet . Drink enough fluids and eat non-spicy food if you experience diarrhoea. If you find blood in stools (tarry stools) or if you experience severe diarrhoea, consult your doctor. Do not take anti-diarrheal medicine on your own.
Dry mouth could be a side-effect of Dic-T Tablet . Limiting caffeine intake, avoiding smoking and mouthwashes containing alcohol, drinking water regularly, and chewing sugar-free gum/candy might stimulate saliva and prevent mouth drying.
Taking Dic-T Tablet can elevate symptoms of gastric ulcer and bleeding. So, talk to your doctor before taking Dic-T Tablet if you have gastrointestinal bleeding or other bleeding problems before using Dic-T Tablet .
It is not advisable to take Dic-T Tablet and ciprofloxacin simultaneously. Inform your doctor if you are now using or have recently used ciprofloxacin. Your doctor may advise you to take these two medications at different times.
