Diarrhoea might be a side-effect of Tofaziff Tablet 30's. Eat non-spicy meals and drink plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration if you experience diarrhoea. If you find blood in stools (tarry stools) or if you experience severe diarrhoea, consult your doctor. Do not take anti-diarrheal medicine on your own.

Tofaziff Tablet 30's affects the immune system and might lower the ability of the immune system to fight infections. Tofaziff Tablet 30's should not be taken along with tocilizumab as it might increase the risk of infections. Before starting Tofaziff Tablet 30's, inform the doctor if you are taking tocilizumab.

Prior to starting Tofaziff Tablet 30's, active or latent tuberculosis test, CBC (complete blood count), LFT (liver function test), and lipid profile tests should be done.
