• Stay well-hydrated: Drink enough water throughout the day to help keep airway secretions thin and easier to clear from your lungs.
• Practice breathing exercises: Perform deep breathing or other lung exercises recommended by your healthcare professional to support lung function and improve breathing control.
• Monitor air quality: Check local air quality and pollen forecasts, and limit prolonged outdoor activities when pollution or allergen levels are high, especially if these trigger your symptoms.
