About Anthocyn-TX Cream

Anthocyn-TX Cream is used to treat melasma and hyperpigmentation. It protects the skin from harmful UV radiation and reduces discoloration. Melasma is a condition in which brown and patchy pigmentation appears on the skin.

Anthocyn-TX Cream is a combination medicine containing mulberry extract, tranexamic acid, kojic acid, arbutin, magnesium, and vitamin E. Tranexamic acid reduces pigmentation and protects the skin from UV radiation. Vitamin E and magnesium provide essential nutrients. The mulberry extract reduces wrinkles and prevents premature aging. Kojic acid and arbutin suppress the formation of melanin (skin pigment).

Anthocyn-TX Cream should be used as the doctor has advised. Sometimes, Anthocyn-TX Cream may cause common side effects such as redness, skin rash and dry skin. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects consistently.

Directions for Use

• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication to ensure safe and effective use.• Wash your face with tepid water and a mild, non-toxic soap/face wash. • Dry the face and pat the cream on gently. • Do not wash the affected area immediately after applying Anthocyn-TX Cream. • Do not apply an excessive amount of Anthocyn-TX Cream. Avoid getting Anthocyn-TX Cream in your eyes or mouth. Do not apply on large, open wounds or on chapped areas of the skin.

What if I have taken an overdose of Anthocyn-TX Cream

Though overdose is unlikely due to low systemic absorption, it is advised to avoid exceeding the recommended dose. Seek immediate medical attention if you experience any unusual symptoms.

Drug Warnings

Do not use Anthocyn-TX Cream if you are allergic to any of the components. Inform your doctor if you have/had arterial or thrombotic disorders, cardiovascular health disorders, peptic ulcer disease, renal disease, or hormone-sensitive cancer. Consult the doctor before using Anthocyn-TX Cream if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Women with a tendency for chloasma/melasma (skin condition commonly seen in middle-aged women), should avoid sun exposure immediately after using Anthocyn-TX Cream. Anthocyn-TX Cream is not recommended for use in children as the safety and efficacy is not established. Anthocyn-TX Cream is an external preparation. Avoid contact with eyes, ears, nose, and mouth. In case of accidental contact, wash with water and consult the nearest clinic/hospital immediately.
