It contains Clindamycin and Nicotinamide, which penetrate the skin and help kill acne-causing bacteria. Also, it helps reduce swelling, redness, and tenderness caused by acne or pimples. Besides this, it also prevents the formation of pimples, blackheads and whiteheads on the skin.
