About Babydone Paediatric Oral Suspension 30 ml

Babydone Paediatric Oral Suspension 30 ml is used to treat nausea (feeling sick) and vomiting (being sick) in adults and adolescents 12 years or older. Besides this, it also helps treat indigestion.

Babydone Paediatric Oral Suspension 30 ml contains domperidone, which prevents nausea and vomiting by blocking certain receptors (such as dopamine and serotonin) that stimulate the vomiting centre (chemoreceptor trigger zone – CTZ) in the brain. It also acts as a prokinetic agent, increasing the motility of the upper gastrointestinal tract and helping decrease stomach emptying time.

Take Babydone Paediatric Oral Suspension 30 ml as prescribed by your doctor. Symptoms of nausea and vomiting may usually resolve within 3-4 days after taking Babydone Paediatric Oral Suspension 30 ml.
