• Bepolast 10.7 mg Eye Drops 5 ml is typically used 1-2 times a day, or as prescribed by your healthcare provider, based on the severity of the condition.
• Before using eye drops, wash your hands thoroughly. Then, tilt your head back, gently pull down your lower eyelid to create a small pocket, and drop the prescribed number of drops into the affected eye. Close your eye and gently press the corner of your eye near the nose for 1-2 minutes to prevent the drops from draining out.
• Avoid touching the dropper to any surface, including your eyes, to prevent contamination.

• Wash your hands regularly. Avoid touching the eyes with dirty hands. 

• Avoid rubbing the eyes.

• Avoid sharing eye makeup such as eyeliner, mascara or kohl.

• Always use clean towels or tissues to wipe your eyes and face.

• Regularly wash and change the pillowcases.

• If you wear contact lenses: Clean and replace contact lenses more often. Never share contact lenses. Always wash your hands before inserting and removing the contact lens. 

• Avoid staring at digital screens for longer durations. Rest your eyes every 20 minutes.

• Blink regularly as it helps in the spread of hydrating substances such as mucus and tears across the eyes.

• Inspect the solution: Always check the liquid before use. It should be clear and colourless. Do not use the drops if you notice any particles, cloudiness, or discolouration.
• Keep the dropper sterile: Never let the dropper tip touch your eye, fingers, or any other surface to prevent bacterial contamination, which can cause serious eye infections.
• Remove contacts first: The preservative in it can be absorbed by soft contact lenses and discolour them. Always wait 10 minutes after applying the drops before reinserting your lenses.
• Do not share: Never share your eye drops with anyone else, as this can easily spread eye infections.
• Drive with caution: Your vision may be temporarily blurred immediately after putting in the drops. Wait until your vision is completely clear before driving or operating machinery.
