Bilacad Tablet is used to treat various kinds of allergic symptoms like blocked/runny/itchy nose, red/watery eyes, and skin rashes.

Bilacad Tablet contains bilastine (an antihistamine), which works by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger known as histamine, that causes allergic symptoms.

In some cases, you may experience abdominal pain, headache, dizziness, dry mouth, sore throat, and nausea. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and typically resolve on their own over time. However, if the side effects are persistent, reach out to your doctor.
