Bilasure M Odt 20/10 Tab is used to treat allergic conditions by reducing inflammation and blocking allergy-causing chemicals in the body. It helps in the following ways:

• Allergic Rhinitis: Relieves sneezing, runny or itchy nose, and nasal congestion by blocking histamine, a chemical that causes allergy symptoms.
• Asthma Management: Reduces swelling and mucus in the airways, making it easier to breathe.
• Exercise-Induced Bronchoconstriction: Prevents tightening of the airways during or after exercise, helping you breathe better while staying active.

• Bilasure M Odt 20/10 Tab contains two active ingredients: Montelukast and Bilastine.

• Maintain a 2-hour gap between taking Bilasure M Odt 20/10 Tab and indigestion remedies containing magnesium or aluminium, as these may reduce the absorption of Bilasure M Odt 20/10 Tab .
