Broncotus-LS Sugar Free Syrup 100 ml belongs to the class of medicines called 'expectorants' primarily used to treat cough associated with mucus. Broncotus-LS Sugar Free Syrup 100 ml is a combination of three drugs, namely Levosalbutamol, Ambroxol, and Guaiphenesin. Levosalbutamol works by relaxing muscles and widening the airways of the lungs. Ambroxol works by thinning and loosening phlegm (mucus) in the lungs, windpipe, and nose.
