About Canazole-VG Gel
Canazole-VG Gel is used to treat vaginal thrush (candidiasis). Vaginal thrush (candidiasis) is an infection of the vagina and/or vulva caused by candida.
Canazole-VG Gel contains clotrimazole, which works by destroying the fungus that causes the infection. Canazole-VG Gel eliminates the infection by causing holes in the fungal cell membrane and allows the components to leak out, thus killing the fungus.
In some cases, Canazole-VG Gel may cause abdominal pain, vulvovaginal pain, nausea, and application site reactions, including itching, burning sensation, and irritation. These side effects eventually subside without medical intervention. Consult your doctor immediately if any side effects worsen or persist.
Do not use Canazole-VG Gel if you are hypersensitive or allergic to any of its components. Canazole-VG Gel is for vaginal use only. Do not swallow. If you are pregnant, planning to have a baby, or are a nursing mother, you should not use Canazole-VG Gel without a doctor's advice.
