Capivo 500 mg Tablet 10's contains Capecitabine. When taken, it gets converted into 5-fluorouracil (chemical), which hampers the synthesis of genetic materials (DNA) in the cancer cells, thereby interfering with their growth.

• Colorectal Cancer: Capivo 500 mg Tablet 10's is used alone or with other drugs to treat colon and rectal cancers.
• Breast Cancer: Capivo 500 mg Tablet 10's is used especially for metastatic breast cancer or when other treatments have failed.
• Gastric (Stomach): Capivo 500 mg Tablet 10's is used in the treatment of Gastric (Stomach) cancer.
• Esophageal & Gastroesophageal Junction (GEJ) Cancer: Capivo 500 mg Tablet 10's is used in advanced or metastatic cases.
• Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma: Capivo 500 mg Tablet 10's is used post-surgery to reduce recurrence risk.

• Capivo 500 mg Tablet 10's should be taken within 30 minutes after a meal.
