Chlorpheniramine maleate works by preventing the release of chemical messengers involved in allergies, thereby reducing red, itchy, and watery eyes. Ciprofloxacin stops the bacteria from making new DNA by inhibiting a bacterial enzyme (DNA gyrase), thereby preventing them from growing and multiplying. Zinc Sulphate helps reduce inflammation and irritation caused by allergies and clears out the infection-causing organisms.
