About Cefytel AM Tablet

Cefytel AM Tablet belongs to the class of anti-hypertensive drugs, primarily used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). Hypertension is a medical condition in which blood pressure is elevated persistently in the blood vessels.

Cefytel AM Tablet contains Telmisartan and Amlodipine, which work by preventing the tightening of blood vessels. This helps relax the blood vessels and improves blood flow. Thereby, Cefytel AM Tablet helps treat high blood pressure.

In some cases, Cefytel AM Tablet may cause side effects such as peripheral oedema (swelling in legs and arms), diarrhoea, dizziness, nausea, and vomiting.
