About Cequa Ophthalmic Solution 10 x 0.25 ml

Cequa Ophthalmic Solution 10 x 0.25 ml is used in the treatment of severe keratitis (inflammation of the cornea) in adults. Also, it is used to treat dry eyes in patients whose condition has not been improved with artificial tears. A dry eye is a common condition that occurs when tears are unable to provide sufficient moisture. 

Cequa Ophthalmic Solution 10 x 0.25 ml contains Cyclosporine, which works by increasing tear production and decreasing inflammation (swelling) in the eye. 

Use Cequa Ophthalmic Solution 10 x 0.25 ml as prescribed by your doctor. Cequa Ophthalmic Solution 10 x 0.25 ml is only for use in eyes. You are advised to use Cequa Ophthalmic Solution 10 x 0.25 ml for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you based on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience eye irritation, eye pain, watery eyes, itching in the eye, redness or swelling of the eyelid, and blurred vision using Cequa Ophthalmic Solution 10 x 0.25 ml. Then, tilt your head back, gently pull down your lower eyelid to create a small pocket, and drop the prescribed number of drops into the affected eye.
