Clofresh OT Cream 15 gm belongs to a class of dermatological medication ‘Topical Anti-Infectives with Corticosteroids’ used to reduce swelling, itching, and redness caused due to certain skin infections (psoriasis, dermatitis, eczema, allergies, rash) caused by bacteria and fungus. Fungal infection is a skin disease in which a fungus attacks the tissue and causes infection. Ofloxacin is an antibiotic that kills bacteria by stopping them from replicating and restoring themselves. Ornidazole is also an antibiotic that kills other infectious bacteria in addition to bacteria by harming the DNA. Terbinafine is an antifungal that prevents the growth of fungi by stopping them from developing their protective covering.
