I have been suffering from ringworm and a fungal infection since January 16. I tried taking Fluconazole 150 mg with Levocetirizine and using antifungal ointments like Coot, Clobzol, and Quadriderm, but the infection persists. What should I do next?

You should consult a dermatologist, who can reassess your skin to rule out other conditions and prescribe a longer course of oral antifungal medication or an alternative treatment. Meanwhile, keep the affected areas clean and dry, and avoid sharing towels or clothing to prevent spreading. Do not self-medicate with higher doses, as this may worsen the infection.
