Cosome MSR Tablet 10's

Cosome MSR Tablet is used to treat symptoms of the common cold and allergies like sneezing, runny/stuffy nose, fever, headache, body pains, congestion, or watery eyes. The common cold is a respiratory illness affecting the nose and throat. 

Cosome MSR Tablet is a combination of Paracetamol, Phenylephrine and Chlorpheniramine. Paracetamol inhibits the production of prostaglandins. Phenylephrine works by shrinking the blood vessels in the nasal passage. Chlorpheniramine blocks the action of histamine, which is responsible for causing allergic reactions.

Cosome MSR Tablet may cause common side effects such as drowsiness, nervousness, headache, dizziness, blurred vision, constipation, and dry mouth. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

If your child is allergic to Cosome MSR Tablet or any other medicines, please tell your doctor. Please do not give more than the prescribed dose of Cosome MSR Tablet to your child as it may cause severe liver damage or allergic reactions.

• Alleviation of Cold Symptoms: Cosome MSR Tablet helps manage common cold symptoms, including sneezing and a runny nose, providing much-needed comfort.
• Support for Allergies: Cosome MSR Tablet is also helpful in addressing allergy symptoms like sneezing and an itchy throat, delivering relief to allergy sufferers.

• Cosome MSR Tablet can be administered with or without food as directed by the doctor.
• Follow your doctor’s instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication to ensure safety.
• Administer the prescribed dose to the child using the measuring cup/dosing syringe/dropper.
• Shake well before use.

• Paracetamol helps reduce elevated body temperature caused by colds and the flu.
• Relieves nasal pain, sore throats, headaches, and body aches.
• Phenylephrine hydrochloride improves breathing by reducing sinus pressure and nasal oedema.
• Chlorpheniramine maleate reduces sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, and itching.

• If your child is allergic to Cosome MSR Tablet or any other medicines, please tell your doctor.
• Please do not give more than the prescribed dose of Cosome MSR Tablet to your child as it may cause serious liver damage or allergic reactions such as swelling of the face, mouth, and throat, difficulty in breathing, itching or rash.
• If your child has chronic bronchitis, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), blockage in the stomach or intestines, pheochromocytoma (tumour in the adrenal glands), kidney, liver, heart or urinary problems, inform your doctor.
