NASOCLEAR COLD TABLETS is used to treat symptoms of the common cold and allergies like sneezing, runny/stuffy nose, fever, headache, body pains, congestion, or watery eyes. The common cold is a respiratory illness affecting the nose and throat. 

NASOCLEAR COLD TABLETS is a combination of Paracetamol, Phenylephrine and Chlorpheniramine. Paracetamol inhibits the production of prostaglandins. Phenylephrine works by shrinking the blood vessels in the nasal passage. Chlorpheniramine blocks the action of histamine, which is responsible for causing allergic reactions.

NASOCLEAR COLD TABLETS may cause common side effects such as drowsiness, nervousness, headache, dizziness, blurred vision, constipation, and dry mouth. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

How NASOCLEAR COLD TABLETS Works

NASOCLEAR COLD TABLETS is a combination of three drugs: Paracetamol (mild analgesic and antipyretic), Phenylephrine hydrochloride (decongestant), and Chlorpheniramine maleate (antihistamine/antiallergic). • ParacetamoL works by inhibiting the production of certain chemical messengers in the brain known as prostaglandins, which are responsible for pain and fever. • Phenylephrine hydrochloride works by shrinking the blood vessels in the nasal passage. Thereby providing relief from congestion and decreasing excess mucus production. • Chlorpheniramine maleate works by blocking the action of histamine, a substance responsible for causing allergic reactions. Please do not exceed the recommended dose, as it might cause an overdose. Signs and symptoms of an overdose of NASOCLEAR COLD TABLETS may include confusion, loss of appetite, nausea, pain in your upper stomach, dark urine, yellowing of your skin or the whites of your eyes, stomach pain, sweating, vomiting, and weakness. Seek immediate medical attention if you observe any symptoms or think you have taken too much. Do this even if there are no signs of discomfort or poisoning.
