Cremagel-L Gel is used in the treatment of Anal fissures. The detailed uses of Cremagel-L Gel are as follows:

• Drink plenty of fluids (mainly water) throughout the day to keep your stools soft and easy to pass.
  Avoid straining during bowel movements, as this increases pressure on the rectal tissue and can reopen healing tears.
• Take warm baths (sitz baths) for 15 to 20 minutes two or three times a day to help soothe the rectal area and relax the anal muscles.
• Avoid sitting on hard surfaces or sitting for long periods of time, which can increase pressure on the anal region.
