Ddr-D 60/30 Cap is used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and relieve heartburn. Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) occurs when stomach acid frequently flows back into the food pipe (oesophagus). This backflow (acid reflux) irritates the food pipe and causes heartburn.

Ddr-D 60/30 Cap is a combination of two drugs, namely, Dexlansoprazole and Domperidone. It works by inhibiting the action of proton pumps, which produce stomach acid. As a result, it reduces the amount of acid produced by the stomach while preventing excess acid from flowing back into the food pipe. It also inhibits dopamine receptors in the upper digestive tract. As a result, food moves more quickly through the stomach and into the intestine.

Take Ddr-D 60/30 Cap as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to take Ddr-D 60/30 Cap for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you based on your medical condition. Ddr-D 60/30 Cap may cause common side effects such as diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting, dry mouth, stomach pain, common cold or gas.
