How Dolo TH 4 Tablet Works

Dolo TH 4 Tablet contains paracetamol and thiocolchicoside, which work together to target pain and muscle stiffness simultaneously. The first active component, thiocolchicoside, is a muscle relaxant that works on the brain, spinal cord, and other nerve pathways involved in controlling muscle movement. It acts on GABA and glycine receptors, natural signalling systems that help regulate muscle activity, to reduce painful muscle spasms and stiffness. The second active component, paracetamol, is a widely used pain reliever. Its exact way of working is not fully understood, but it is believed to reduce pain by acting through several pathways in the brain and central nervous system, including lowering the production of prostaglandins, chemicals involved in pain signalling. Together, these two components break the cycle of muscle spasm and pain, providing faster and more comprehensive relief.
