Domal CZ 15mg/20mg Tablet is used to treat Meniere's disease (inner ear disorder), which can cause vertigo (a spinning sensation or dizziness), ringing in the ears, nausea (feeling sick), vomiting, and loss of hearing. It contains Cinnarizine and Domperidone, which blocks the action of dopamine in the brain, that causes nausea and vomiting. It increases the movements and contractions of stomach muscles. It also improves blood circulation in the inner ear, thus reducing symptoms caused by vertigo, tinnitus (ringing in the ear), and Meniere's disease. It may cause common side effects such as drowsiness, nausea, dry mouth, indigestion, and weight gain. It blocks dopamine signals that trigger nausea and vomiting and also helps move food through the stomach more efficiently, reducing feelings of sickness.
