Dorsun Eye Drops 5 ml is used to lower high pressure inside your eye. Glaucoma is an eye condition in which the optic nerve is damaged, resulting in increased eye pressure; if left untreated, it can lead to permanent blindness.

Dorsun Eye Drops 5 ml contains Dorzolamide, which lowers the pressure in your eye by decreasing the production of fluid inside the eye.

You may sometimes experience blurred vision, a burning sensation, and a bitter taste in the mouth. Most of these side effects of Dorsun Eye Drops 5 ml are temporary and gradually resolve over time. However, if you are still experiencing any of the side effects, please consult your doctor.

Dorsun Eye Drops 5 ml is for external use only. Before using it, break the seal and wash your hands to avoid infection. If you wear contact lenses, remove them before using Dorsun Eye Drops 5 ml, and you can put them back 15 minutes after using Dorsun Eye Drops 5 ml.

You should not stop using Dorsun Eye Drops 5 ml suddenly, as it may increase eye pressure or cause serious side effects. Inform your doctor if you are having any allergic reactions. Dorsun Eye Drops 5 ml is used in the treatment of increased pressure in the eyes. The detailed uses of Dorsun Eye Drops 5 ml are as follows:

• Ocular hypertension: Dorsun Eye Drops 5 ml helps to reduce elevated intraocular pressure, protecting the eyes from potential damage and preventing glaucoma.
• Glaucoma management: Dorsun Eye Drops 5 ml is used to treat glaucoma, both open-angle and pseudo-exfoliative, by lowering intraocular pressure to prevent vision loss and protect the optic nerve.

• Follow your doctor’s recommendation regarding the dosage and duration.
• Lie down and tilt your head backwards. Pull your lower eyelid gently with your index finger to form a pocket. Instil the number of drops as advised by the doctor into the pocket of the lower eyelid. Close your eyes for 1-2 minutes.
• Replace the outer cap after use.
• Do not touch the container’s tip to the eye, eyelids, or surrounding areas, as it may contaminate Dorsun Eye Drops 5 ml.

• Dorsun Eye Drops 5 ml helps to reduce pressure inside the eye, especially in conditions like glaucoma or ocular hypertension.
• Dorsun Eye Drops 5 ml contains Dorzolamide, which is a carbonic anhydrase inhibitor.

• Avoid touching the tip of the dropper to your eye or any surface to keep it clean.
• If you are taking any other eye medication, please tell your doctor prior.
