You may experience loss of appetite (feeling unwell and stomach upset), increased bleeding tendency, nausea, upset stomach, and vomiting. Most of these side effects of Dusure-500 Capsule 10's do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects are persistent, reach out to your doctor.
