My eyes hurt all the time because I spend most of my time on computers. I made an attempt with an eye professional. The issue fades and reappears after a few days. I don't have a number and my vision is clear.

Your symptoms are typical of Computer vision syndrome with associated Dry eye syndrome, which can occur even if your vision is normal. Follow the 20-20-20 rule, blink frequently, reduce screen brightness, and use lubricating eye drops regularly (not just when pain starts). Take breaks, ensure proper lighting, and keep screens at eye level. Since symptoms keep recurring, you may need long-term eye care and possibly anti-allergy or dry-eye treatment from an eye specialist.
