Endosis Tablet is used for the management of painful symptoms of endometriosis. Endometriosis is a painful disorder in which the tissue that generally lines the endometrium (inside the uterus) grows outside the uterus.

Endosis Tablet contains ‘Dienogest’, which suppresses the production of a hormone called estradiol, which causes excess growth in the endometrium. Thereby, Endosis Tablet helps in treating pelvic pain associated with endometriosis.

In some cases, Endosis Tablet may cause side effects such as acne, headache, abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.

Do not take Endosis Tablet if you are allergic to any of its components. Avoid taking Endosis Tablet if you are pregnant, planning for pregnancy or breastfeeding. Inform your doctor about your health condition and medications to rule out any side effects/interactions.

Endosis Tablet is used in the management of endometriosis. The detailed uses of Endosis Tablet are as follows:

• Manages Endometriosis: Endosis Tablet helps relieve pelvic pain and inflammation associated with endometriosis by suppressing the production of estradiol (a hormone) and preventing the abnormal growth of endometrial tissue outside the uterus.
• Manages Heavy Menstrual Bleeding: It may help control and reduce prolonged or heavy menstrual bleeding (menorrhagia) associated with endometriosis.
• Support in Menopausal Hormonal Therapy: It may be used as part of hormone replacement therapy during menopause (the permanent end of periods) to balance hormone levels and relieve menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes and vaginal dryness.

• Endosis Tablet can be taken with or without food as prescribed by your doctor.
• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication to ensure safety.
• Swallow Endosis Tablet as a whole with a glass of water.
• Do not chew, crush, or break it.

• Endosis Tablet is primarily indicated for the management of endometriosis, a condition where tissue similar to the lining of the uterus (endometrium) grows outside the uterus, causing pain and other symptoms.
• It works by suppressing the production of estradiol, a hormone that promotes the abnormal growth of endometrial tissue.
• By reducing estradiol levels, Endosis Tablet helps shrink endometrial tissue and relieve pain and discomfort associated with endometriosis.
• It regulates hormone levels and may also help reduce excessive menstrual bleeding, making it useful in the treatment of heavy periods.
• Endosis Tablet can be used as part of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) in menopausal women to balance estrogen levels, reducing the risk of endometrial thickening and providing symptom relief.
• It provides effective hormonal control to manage endometriosis, reduce pelvic pain, regulate heavy bleeding, and support hormone balance during menopause.

• Do not take Endosis Tablet if you are allergic to any of its components.
• Endosis Tablet is not recommended if you have a blood clot in the lungs, heart, brain, blood vessels of legs or any part of the body, if you have/had diabetes mellitus with damaged blood vessels, severe liver damage, unexplained vaginal bleeding, or a benign or malignant tumour.
• Talk to your doctor if you have diabetes, high blood pressure, depression, are overweight, have chloasma (yellowish-brown pigmentation on the skin), had an ectopic pregnancy (embryo develops outside the womb), or if you or anyone in your immediate family has had blood clots in lungs/legs, or heart attack, high cholesterol or stroke.
• Avoid taking Endosis Tablet if you are pregnant, planning for pregnancy or breastfeeding.
• Consult your doctor immediately if you become pregnant while taking Endosis Tablet .
• Endosis Tablet should not be given to children who have not had their first period.
• Endosis Tablet may cause dizziness, so drive with caution.
• Let your doctor know if you are taking any other medicines, including supplements or herbal products.
