Ericap 500 mg Tablet 10's contains Capecitabine. When taken, it gets converted into 5-fluorouracil (chemical), which hampers the synthesis of genetic materials (DNA) in the cancer cells, thereby interfering with their growth.

Common side effects of Ericap 500 mg Tablet 10's include nausea, vomiting, weakness, loss of appetite, increased risk of infection, hair loss, diarrhoea, mouth ulcers, and blisters on fingers/feet in some cases. • Colorectal Cancer: Ericap 500 mg Tablet 10's is used alone or with other drugs to treat colon and rectal cancers.
• Breast Cancer: Ericap 500 mg Tablet 10's is used especially for metastatic breast cancer or when other treatments have failed.
• Gastric (Stomach): Ericap 500 mg Tablet 10's is used in the treatment of Gastric (Stomach) cancer.
• Esophageal & Gastroesophageal Junction (GEJ) Cancer: Ericap 500 mg Tablet 10's is used in advanced or metastatic cases.
• Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma: Ericap 500 mg Tablet 10's is used post-surgery to reduce recurrence risk.

• Ericap 500 mg Tablet 10's should be taken within 30 minutes after a meal.
