Exenta-T 10 Tablet is used to reduce swelling and fluid retention (oedema). The detailed uses of Exenta-T 10 Tablet are as follows:

• Fluid retention (Oedema): Helps the body eliminate excess water and salt buildup caused by heart, liver, or kidney conditions, reducing painful swelling in the legs, ankles, and abdomen.
• Heart failure support: Eases the workload on a weakened heart muscle by lowering the volume of fluid circulating through the blood vessels, preventing shortness of breath.
• Resistant high blood pressure: Under specific medical guidance, this combination may be used in selected patients whose blood pressure remains difficult to control despite standard treatment. Its use for resistant hypertension should be based on individual clinical assessment and may represent a specialised or off-label treatment approach depending on the indication and local prescribing guidance.
