Farotred Tablet 6's is used in the treatment of several bacterial infections of the urinary tract, respiratory tract, skin, ears, nose, and gynaecological infections. Bacterial infection is a condition in which harmful bacteria grow in the body and cause infection.

Farotred Tablet 6's contains Faropenem, an antibiotic that kills bacteria (bactericidal) by inhibiting the formation of the bacterial cell wall (a protective covering) that is necessary for their survival.

In some cases, you may experience nausea, diarrhoea, stomach pain, and rash. Most of these side effects of Farotred Tablet 6's do not require medical attention and typically resolve on their own over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

If you are known to be allergic to Farotred Tablet 6's or any other medicines, please tell your doctor. • Respiratory infections: Farotred Tablet 6's helps to treat respiratory infections like pneumonia and bronchitis by targeting the causative bacteria.
• Urinary tract infections (UTIs): Farotred Tablet 6's involved in managing UTIs by targeting and eliminating the bacteria causing the infection, relieving symptoms like burning sensation and frequent urination.

• Farotred Tablet 6's may cause vitamin K or vitamin B deficiency in some patients, particularly in elderly individuals and those with poor oral intake.
