Fixglow TX Tablet is a combination medicine used to protect the skin from harmful UV radiation. It is used in the treatment of melasma and hyperpigmentation. Fixglow TX Tablet is a combination of tranexamic acid, L Glutathione and Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C). It mainly works by inhibiting the parent enzyme named tyrosinase and thus suppress melanin production. In addition, Fixglow TX Tablet also protects the skin from the harmful UV rays of the sun. Fixglow TX Tablet slows the ageing process and reduces the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines by reducing free radical damage to the skin.
