About Flucos Gel

Flucos Gel belongs to the class of medicines called antifungals, which are used to treat fungal skin infections. A fungal infection occurs when a fungus invades and affects the skin tissue. Symptoms of a fungal infection include skin rash, irritation, redness and scaling of the skin.

Flucos Gel contains Fluconazole, which kills or prevents fungi or yeast by inhibiting an enzyme in fungi responsible for their normal fat metabolism; this interferes with the formation of the fungal cell membrane. As a result, fungal or yeast cells are killed or their growth is minimised.

Flucos Gel is for external use only. Use Flucos Gel as prescribed by your doctor. Flucos Gel may cause common side effects, such as itching, dryness, redness, and a burning sensation at the application site. These side effects are not familiar to everyone and vary from person to person. Directions for Use
