Freetus Sugar Free Cough Syrup is a combination of Levosalbutamol, Ambroxol, and Guaiphenesin. Levosalbutamol works by relaxing muscles and widening the airways of the lungs. Ambroxol works by thinning and loosening phlegm (mucus) in the lungs, windpipe, and nose. Guaiphenesin increases the volume of fluid in the airways and reduces the stickiness of mucus.
