Do not use Gentacort-D Eye/Ear Drops 10 ml if you are allergic to any of its components, corticosteroids, or aminoglycosides. Before using Gentacort-D Eye/Ear Drops 10 ml, inform your doctor if you have vision problems, active ocular tuberculosis, severe eye pain, glaucoma (high blood pressure), eye damage, eye surgery, hearing problems (cytotoxicity), a perforated eardrum, chronic otitis media, or viral ear infections (herpes simplex otitis externa and herpes zoster otitis external). If you are a pregnant woman or nursing mother, do not use the Gentacort-D Eye/Ear Drops 10 ml without first consulting your doctor.
