Glemont-F Tablet is a combination of two drugs, namely Montelukast (leukotriene receptor antagonist) and Fexofenadine (antihistamine). Montelukast works by blocking the action of chemicals called leukotrienes that are released from the lungs, causing inflammation (swelling) and increased mucus production in the airways.
