Hepsosafe-300 Tab is used in the treatment of gallstones, primary biliary cholangitis and biliary and liver diseases caused by cystic fibrosis. The detailed uses of Hepsosafe-300 Tab are as follows:

• Treatment for Cholestasis: Hepsosafe-300 Tab is frequently recommended to treat pregnancy-related cholestasis, a disorder marked by decreased bile flow that usually results in elevated blood bile acids.

• Consult your doctor before taking Hepsosafe-300 Tab with other medicines like antibiotics (ciprofloxacin) and antihypertensive agents (nitrendipine), immunosuppressants (cyclosporine), and oral contraceptives (oestrogen).
• Do not take Hepsosafe-300 Tab if you are pregnant or breastfeeding unless prescribed.
• Hepsosafe-300 Tab can be given to children above 6 years only if prescribed by the doctor.
• Avoid consuming alcohol along with Hepsosafe-300 Tab as it could lead to increased drowsiness and liver damage.
