Iprazest Respules is used to treat or prevent symptoms of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), like shortness of breath, coughing or wheezing (whistling sound while breathing).

Iprazest Respules is a combination of two bronchodilators: Levosalbutamol and Ipratropium bromide, which work by relaxing muscles and widening the airways of the lungs. Thereby, it makes breathing easier.

Some people may experience headache, sore throat, dry mouth, runny or stuffy nose, nausea and vomiting. Most of these side effects of Iprazest Respules do not require medical attention and typically resolve on their own over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

• Prevention of Exercise-Induced Bronchospasm: Iprazest Respules helps to prevent exercise-induced bronchospasm, enabling easier breathing during physical activity.
• Reduce Mucus Clearance: Iprazest Respules helps to thin mucus, making it easier to clear from airways, which improves breathing and respiratory function.

• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication.
• Check the label for directions and use as advised by the doctor. Twist off the top of the respule and squeeze the solution into the nebuliser. This solution is formulated into a fine mist for inhalation. Inhale the medicine through the nebuliser's mouthpiece.
• The respule should be opened only before actual use, and any solution remaining after use should be discarded.
• To prevent any fungal infections in your mouth and throat, gargle with warm water after each inhalation.

• If you have high blood pressure, diabetes, epilepsy (fits), enlarged prostate, glaucoma, thyroid or heart problems, bladder obstruction or other urinary problems, inform your doctor before taking Iprazest Respules .
