• Wash your hands before and after use.
• Based upon your condition, your doctor will decide how long you need to use Irewet 0.1% Eye Drops.
• Eye drops: Shake the bottle well before each use. Lie down and tilt your head backwards. Pull your lower eyelid gently with your index finger to form a pocket. Instill the number of drops advised by the doctor into the pocket of the lower eyelid. Close your eyes for 1-2 minutes.
• Eye gel/ointment: Lie down and tilt your head backwards. Pull your lower eyelid gently with your index finger to form a pocket. Squeeze a tiny amount of the gel/ointment into the pocket of the lower eyelid. Close your eyes for 1-2 minutes.

• Follow the 20-20-20 Rule: When using screens, look away every 20 minutes at something 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds to reduce eye strain and dryness.
• Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to support overall hydration, which directly impacts natural tear production.
• Use a Humidifier: Keep indoor air moist, especially in dry, air-conditioned, or heated rooms, to prevent tears from evaporating too quickly.
• Protect Your Eyes: Wear wrap-around sunglasses outdoors to protect your eyes from drying winds, dust, and direct sunlight.
• Avoid Direct Airflow: Ensure that fans, air conditioners, or car heaters are not blowing directly onto your face.

• Check the Solution: Always inspect the liquid before use; do not use the drops if the solution is cloudy, discoloured, or contains particles.
• Remove Contact Lenses: Take out your contact lenses before applying the drops, and wait at least 15 minutes before putting them back in.
• Avoid Contamination: Never touch the dropper tip to your eye, fingers, or any other surface to keep the solution sterile.
• Space Out Eye Medications: If you use other eye drops or ointments, wait at least 10 to 15 minutes after using Irewet 0.1% Eye Drops before applying them.
• Drive with Caution: Do not drive or operate machinery immediately after use, as the drops may temporarily blur your vision.
