About Iverkil Cream
Iverkil Cream belongs to a class of medications called anthelmintics. It is used to treat lesions of Rosacea. Rosacea is a long-term medical condition that mostly affects the skin of the face, causing redness on the forehead, cheeks, chin, and nose.
Iverkil Cream contains Ivermectin, which acts as an anti-inflammatory drug. Iverkil Cream helps calm the skin and reduce irritation and redness associated with rosacea. Ivermectin also has antiparasitic properties and thus acts against Demodex mites which may contribute to rosacea symptoms.
Iverkil Cream is for external use only. In some cases, the Iverkil Cream may cause dryness, burning, itching, redness, or stinging of the skin as side effects. Most of these side effects eventually resolve over time without the need for medical intervention. Consult your doctor if any side effects worsen or persist.
Do not use Iverkil Cream if you are allergic to Ivermectin or other ingredients in this formulation. Consult your doctor if you are a pregnant or nursing mother. - Cream: Apply a pea-size amount of cream to the affected areas of the face (forehead, nose, chin, each cheek) avoiding the eyes and lips. Spread as a thin layer.
- Lotion: Apply sufficient amount of lotion thoroughly to below the neck and on the affected body as advised by the doctor. Shake well before use.
- Do not swallow. Avoid contact with eyes and lips.
