Kerashine-CT Anti Dandruff Lotion is used to treat dandruff and control seborrheic dermatitis (scaly patches and red skin on the scalp). It contains Ketoconazole and Coal Tar, which work by preventing the growth of dandruff-causing fungi and removing dead cells from the skin's top layer, and slowing down the growth of skin cells. Thus, it decreases scaling and dryness, relieves itching and cracking related to dandruff. It may cause side effects such as warmth or a burning sensation, skin irritation, itching, and redness at the application site. Before using it, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.

Kerashine-CT Anti Dandruff Lotion is composed of ketoconazole and coal tar. Ketoconazole works by stopping the growth of dandruff-causing fungi. Coal tar works by removing dead cells from the skin’s top layer and slowing down the growth of skin cells.

You may experience warmth or a burning sensation, skin irritation, itching, and redness at the application site. The burning sensation may usually last for five minutes after application. Inform your doctor, if the side effects are persistent.
