Koji-Plus-TX Cream is used to treat melasma and hyperpigmentation. It protects the skin from harmful UV radiation and reduces discoloration. Melasma is a condition in which brown and patchy pigmentation appears on the skin.

Koji-Plus-TX Cream is a combination medicine containing mulberry extract, tranexamic acid, kojic acid, arbutin, magnesium, and vitamin E. Tranexamic acid reduces pigmentation and protects the skin from UV radiation. Vitamin E and magnesium provide essential nutrients. The mulberry extract reduces wrinkles and prevents premature aging. Kojic acid and arbutin suppress the formation of melanin (skin pigment).

Koji-Plus-TX Cream should be used as the doctor has advised. Sometimes, Koji-Plus-TX Cream may cause common side effects such as redness, skin rash and dry skin. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects consistently.

Please inform the doctor if you are allergic to any of the components of Koji-Plus-TX Cream. Inform your doctor if you are currently on any birth control/contraceptive pills containing hormones, as they may interact with Koji-Plus-TX Cream. Avoid contact of Koji-Plus-TX Cream with eyes or mouth. If accidental contact occurs, rinse with water thoroughly. Consult your doctor before using Koji-Plus-TX Cream if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Use Koji-Plus-TX Cream exactly as directed. Wash your face with tepid water and a mild, non-toxic soap/face wash. Dry the face and pat the cream on gently. Do not wash the affected area immediately after applying Koji-Plus-TX Cream. Do not apply an excessive amount of Koji-Plus-TX Cream. Avoid getting Koji-Plus-TX Cream in your eyes or mouth. Do not apply on large, open wounds or on chapped areas of the skin.

Koji-Plus-TX Cream is a combination of five medicines: tranexamic acid, kojic acid, arbutin, magnesium, vitamin E, and mulberry extract. By blocking its parent enzyme, tyrosinase, it suppresses the formation of melanin, which is how it treats pigmentation and melasma. Additionally, Koji-Plus-TX Cream shields the skin from the sun's damaging UV rays. By avoiding free radical damage to the skin, Koji-Plus-TX Cream slows down the aging process and reduces the visibility of fine lines and wrinkles. Furthermore, it exhibits anti-inflammatory and antioxidant qualities, which improve the complexion and skin's general appearance.

Do not use Koji-Plus-TX Cream if you are allergic to any of the components. Inform your doctor if you have/had arterial or thrombotic disorders, cardiovascular health disorders, peptic ulcer disease, renal disease, or hormone-sensitive cancer. Consult the doctor before using Koji-Plus-TX Cream if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Women with a tendency for chloasma/melasma (skin condition commonly seen in middle-aged women), should avoid sun exposure immediately after using Koji-Plus-TX Cream. Koji-Plus-TX Cream is not recommended for use in children as the safety and efficacy is not established. Koji-Plus-TX Cream is an external preparation. Avoid contact with eyes, ears, nose, and mouth. In case of accidental contact, wash with water and consult the nearest clinic/hospital immediately.
