What if I have taken an overdose of Lamivir S 30 mg Tablet

Do not take more than the prescribed dose. If you take more than prescribed dose accidentally, it may lead to unwanted effects. Please go to the emergency department of the closest hospital or call doctor right away. Do this even if there are no signs of discomfort or poisoning.

Lactic acidosis is more likely to develop if you are a woman, overweight, or have been treated with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) drugs for an extended time. If you are pregnant and taking stavudine in addition to didanosine, your risk may increase. Inform your doctor if you have or have previously had a liver illness, which includes hepatitis C virus infection.
