Lanspro D Capsule is used in the treatment of various acid-related gastrointestinal disorders. The detailed uses of Lanspro D Capsule are as follows:

• Treats Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD): Lanspro D Capsule helps relieve symptoms of GERD such as heartburn, acid reflux, and chest discomfort by reducing excess stomach acid and improving stomach emptying.
• Treats Peptic Ulcers: Lanspro D Capsule promotes healing of ulcers in the stomach (gastric ulcers) and upper intestine (duodenal ulcers) by lowering stomach acid production and protecting the stomach lining.
• Manages Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome (ZES): Lanspro D Capsule reduces excess acid secretion seen in ZES, helping to prevent complications such as ulcers.
• Prevents Nausea and Vomiting: Lanspro D Capsule contains Domperidone, which acts on the brain and gut to prevent nausea and vomiting, especially those caused by acid-related condtions ot delayed stomach emptying (gastroparesis).

Lanspro D Capsule is suggested for the treatment of certain stomach related problems like ulcers and acid reflux. This medicine provides relief in heartburn and reduces the risk associated with acid's damage to the stomach and food pipe. It also reduces the risk of cancer of food pipe, a taste of acid in the mouth, chest pain, and teeth damage. Domperidone helps to increase the movement of the bowel in the intestine. It also treats vomiting and nausea caused by the usage of other medications. While Lansoprazole helps reduce frequent heartburn that happens for 2 or more days.

• Take Lanspro D Capsule on an empty stomach or as advised by your doctor.
• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication.
• Swallow Lanspro D Capsule as a whole with a glass of water.
• Do not crush, break, or chew it.

• Eat smaller meals more often.
• Maintain a healthy weight by regular exercising.
• Avoid lying down after eating as it causes acid reflux.
• Avoid tight-fitting clothes as it might increase the pressure on the abdomen leading to acid reflux.
• Practice relaxation techniques and avoid stress by doing yoga or meditation.
• Avoid foods such as high-fat food, spicy food, chocolates, citrus fruits, pineapple, tomato, onion, garlic, tea, and soda.
• Avoid sitting continuously as it may trigger acidity. Take a break of 5 minutes every hour by doing brisk walking or stretching.
• Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption. Alcohol intake leads to increased production of stomach acid, thereby increases acidity and heartburn.
