Lomofen LB Tablet is an antidiarrheal medication primarily used to treat acute diarrhoea. It is also used to control diarrhoea caused by inflammatory bowel disease (a condition where the gut lining becomes inflamed) and to reduce fluid output in individuals with ileostomies (a surgical opening for waste to leave the body). Diarrhoea is a condition in which there is a frequent need to empty the bowels, characterized by loose and watery stools.

Lomofen LB Tablet contains two ingredients: Lactic acid bacillus (a probiotic) and Loperamide (an antidiarrheal). Lomofen LB Tablet may cause dizziness, tiredness, and drowsiness, so avoid driving or operating machinery until you are mentally alert.
