About MAHANAC S TABLET

MAHANAC S TABLET belongs to a group of medicines called 'Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs' (NSAIDs) used to provide pain relief in various conditions including post-traumatic pain, low back pain, cervical pain, spondylitis, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis. Pain can be temporary (acute) or prolonged period (chronic) in nature. Acute pain is for a short time caused by damage to the tissues of the muscle, bone or organs. Chronic pain lasts for life long caused due to nerve damage, osteoarthritis and dental pain due to damage to the tooth nerve, infection, extraction or injury.

On the other hand, Serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme that helps break the insoluble protein (fibrin) by-product of blood clot into smaller units. It also causes thinning of the fluids in the body due to injury, thereby making fluid drainage smoother in the swollen tissue. Together MAHANAC S TABLET is effective for relieving pain, especially in joint condition.

You are advised to take MAHANAC S TABLET for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you depending on your medical conditions. You may experience nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite (feeling not hungry), heartburn, stomach pain, indigestion, diarrhoea.
